If you’ve ordered custom apparel before, you know that there are multiple ways to logo a garment. We are experts in many of these methods – primarily screen printing and embroidery. Screen printing and embroidery are the most popular methods, and have the most versatility when decorating clothing. For T-shirts or tank tops, we recommend screen printing as the garment is made of thinner material that can make embroidery bunch up and pucker. Printing works great on hoodies and crewnecks as well, but if you prefer the stitched look then go for embroidery – the thickness of the hoodie allows for a great embroidery result! There are certain items that only work with embroidery and can’t be screen printed, such as baseball hats, toques, and jackets.
