I had a great experience with them! They are fast and friendly. Kaiya helped me with visualizing my design for embroidery hats. She is very detailed and careful, sent me pictures of a mock up so I have a better idea. Picking up is also fast and easy. The hats came out really nice! I love them!

Great service. I ordered hats for my softball team. Reasonable price, great product, and fast delivery. I made my order with a tight schedule and it was delivered earlier than initially indicated. GetBold is very nice and they answered us a lot of questions during the Tshirt design process and delivered the Tshirts to us very quickly after the order. Their staff is patient and kind. As an inexperienced customer, I feel assured and relieved when I receive lots of useful advice and help during the process. And the Tshirts arrive earliler than we expected, we can distribute them to our participants earlier in our precamp meeting, so good!

Kaiya was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions immediately. Get Bold did not disappoint-quite the opposite. I wanted a hands on approach and like to support local, figuring it may come at a premium. It didn't. The whole process was quick, seamless, and easy.
