What is your minimum order?
We have a minimum of 6 units per design for both screen printing and embroidery, however within those 6 units you are able to have a variety of garment styles, colours, and sizes – as long as the print size and design stays the same! For example, if you are ordering a 1 colour print on 6 units, you can print on 2 T-shirts, 2 hoodies, and 2 youth T-shirts.
Free Shipping & No Set-Up Charges
Yes, you heard that right! Unlike other shops we do not charge any set-up fees. Plus, we offer FREE shipping Canada wide on all orders over 12 units to a single location.
Where are your price breaks?
Our price breaks are every 12 additional units ordered. Ordering more garments with the same print will lower your cost, with significant price breaks per unit at 24, 36, 48 units, etc.
Can I bring my own T-shirts or other garments?
Unfortunately, we do not logo customer provided garments.
We logo only items we have vigorously tested and are supplied by us.
What format should my artwork be in?
Vector-based artwork is recommended (.AI or .eps) with the fonts converted to outlines. If you do not have a vector file you can submit a PDF, PSD, PNG, or JPEG created at 300dpi at the desired print size. If your artwork is low resolution and pixelated, we can discuss the best possible solutions for you to receive a high-quality print (artwork charges may apply).
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is season dependent, but on average it is around 7-10 business days from time of final order approval. If you have a rush order, we will do our best to accommodate it, just ask us! (Rush fees may apply).
Do you offer logoed samples?
No, we don’t do printed samples. We will send you a digital mock-up of your order for final approval before moving ahead with the order.
How can I keep my price down?
- Your unit cost will decrease as your quantities go up. The more units you order, the more you save!
- Try to keep the print locations down – just print on the front instead of the front and back of the garment.
- The cost for screen printing increases the more colours are in your design. If possible, reduce your design to just 1 colour, or ask us to do it for you!
Have an artwork idea, but no design? We offer in-house design
Yes, our in-house graphic design team can make changes to your art or design it for you. Artwork charges may apply, however, the first 15 minutes is free.
Existing customers looking to reorder, we have your art!
All artwork is kept on file from past orders. If you are placing a re-order for a design you’ve had with us in the past, when you reach the Upload Artwork section, check the box that says “Use Existing Artwork”.

Wow, where do I even begin.Andrew was my rep and I couldn't have asked for anyone better.I had reached out on such a short notice for 100 shirts to be made and they were all on top of it and made it possible to have them finished before my event! The Price was totally reasonable and affordable and the shirts had come out so well ( ended up only needing 73) ! They had them delivered so quickly and I had them earlier than I would have even needed them. Overall they did amazing and made me feel super confident in not having to worry about when they would arrive/ if they would be done in time. This is my second order from GetBold, they are a professional team and they know exactly how to do their job.I have received many useful comments from them to choose my desired T-shirt and HiViz jackets.At the beginning you may find lower prices from others but at the end, the cost compared to the quality of their work is totally acceptable.Just to tell my own experience: after completing my first order with GetBold, I have found another company who did the same job for about %40 less than GetBold. I highly recommend using these guys! I’ve used them for large orders of work uniforms, to smaller batches of team jerseys. They have very comparable prices to the larger competitors out there, but the biggest difference being they carry a more limited selection BUT all at high quality so you really can’t go wrong. I’ve received very questionable quality from the competition in the past, but never from GetBOLD. All of their stuff washes very well and has lasted. They are also very helpful in offering suggestions for fabrics/products based on your needs

I was looking to have some custom team hats made with our logo on them, and I was hoping to have some puff (raised) embroidery elements to it. The logo itself is fairly complex so I figured there would be limitations to what could be done and that I might have to simplify the logo design a bit. I inquired at a few embroidery shops and the response from other shops was exactly that -- simplify the logo, lower my expectations a bit, etc. GetBold, however, was able to work with our logo with no changes required, and they adapted our design to the puff embroidery process and made it look great. In addition to being more capable than the other shops I spoke with, their pricing was also more competitive so GetBold ended up being the clear cut best option for us. The communication was great, with quick responses, and the finished product arrived at my door 8 business days after I provided payment info.Overall, I have been very satisfied with the whole experience and the finished product. If you're looking to get any printing or embroidery work done, I would definitely recommend reaching out to GetBold to see what they can do. In our case, they were able to do more than the competition, and at a lower cost.
