Puff Embroidery

Puff embroidery, also known as 3D embroidery, involves placing a piece of foam on the garment while it is being embroidered. The foam remains expanded under the stitching, giving it a 3D or tactile appearance. In addition to placing the puff foam underneath the entire design, you can also place it under just one part of the design. With more than 20 years of experience, We at GetBold offer Puff embroidery for hats, jackets, sweatshirts, t-shirts and more. Our team uses advanced machinery and techniques to get the desired design according to your requirements.

Embroidery

Large areas only- 3 to 1 rule

Puff embroidery makes it impossible to puff up fine lines or enlarge tiny details. Generally speaking, the puffed area should be 1/3 the height of the width. If you want an element of your design to be 1 millimetre high, it must be 3 millimetres wide.

Flat Stitch Underneath or Beside

We can put flat embroidery under puff embroidery to make your design cooler. But you can't add elements of design on top of the puff. Adding more stitching on the foam areas will only collapse the puff. Our team will help you to choose the right style.

Lots of Thread Colors

We carry an extensive range of embroidery thread colours. While exact Pantone matches aren’t always possible with thread, providing a Pantone reference allows us to choose the closest available match.
