Tackle Twill Applique

Appliqué is a technique where smaller fabric pieces are sewn onto a larger item, often using contrasting colours or textures. Tackle twill is a popular type of appliqué.

Tackle twill is a canvas-like fabric specifically designed for laser cutting. This allows for creating precise shapes of any design, which are then stitched onto garments.

Think classic college hoodies! You've likely seen tackle-twill in action: bold college letters cut from contrasting twill fabric and stitched onto sweatshirts.

We offer extensive customization! Choose from a variety of twill and thread colours to bring your creative designs to life with stunning tackle twill embellishments.

Satin Stitch

Satin stitch is the most amount of stitches and therefore is the most expensive option. It covers the edge of the twill completely and offers the finest looking and smoothest finish to tackle twill.

Zigzag stitch

Zigzag is the lowest cost for stitching down tackle twill. It doesn’t cover the entire edge of the twill, so the laser-cut edges are still visible. It does add a nice athletic look to the twill as well as a long-lasting application.
